Blockbuster being sued for "porn" on childrens film
A couple in America are claiming that their four year old daughter was exposed to hardcore pornography and are suing the Blockbusted video firm over it.They claim the material appeared for 10 minutes after the movie credits for "Home Alone 3" tape.

Federal Trade Commission gets the Playstation 2 porn site spammers
Spammers sending emails promising free Sony Playstation 2 games consoles to trick the recipients into going to adult websites then being put through a "dialer" to a 1-900 numbers with high call charges per minute have been cracked down upon by the FTC
The settlement between the FTC and the spammers bans Christopher Baith, Cosme Monarrez, Jr., and Sorabh Verma from "engaging in any future misrepresentative activities and from sending spam misrepresenting their identities or that of their e-mail's subjects" Christopher Baith was ordered to pay $10,000 by a federal court which agreed to let him pay $2,500, but if he is found to have misrepresented his financial position he will be forced to pay the rest
